Updated with NRSC totals

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee raised $6.8 million in February, it announced Thursday, outpacing the National Republican Senatorial Committee, which brought in about $5.5 million.

The DSCC ended the month with $18.1 million in the bank and $1.2 million in debt. The NRSC had about $12.8 million on hand and no debt, according to reports.

Republicans need to pick up six seats to win back the majority.
