A good day for a beer summit?

Last time, we asked you to caption the on-the-tarmac meeting between Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer and President Obama. This time, we have another Obama photo -- though this one is a more jovial affair.

This photo of President Obama having a Guinness in Ireland recently took second place in the WHNPA’s contest. Charles Dharapak, the WHNPA’s photographer of the year, took the photo.

Write a caption for the photo above, and/or vote for captions you like in the comment thread below. Taking those votes and our staff’s opinions into account, we’ll post some of the best in a gallery later today (and update it with more results tomorrow). Our staff will favor entries that are creative, funny, civil and original.

Note: We’ll be more active than usual in moderating the comment thread, especially posts that are not entries in the contest.

Washington Post readers submitted their suggested captions to the photo, and we chose a few to feature here. The award-winning photo was shot last March ahead of St. Patrick’s Day.
