A smoky fire broke out Sunday night at a supermarket in the Largo area of Prince George’s County, authorities said.
The fire was reported about 9:30 p.m. in a freezer at the Shoppers Food Warehouse in the Largo Town Center, said Mark Brady, the spokesman for the county fire department.
The fire was extinguished quickly, and the store was being ventilated, Brady said. No injuries were reported. .
The site is just outside the Capital Beltway, about a mile and a half southeast of FedEx field.
