A man was fatally stabbed Tuesday afternoon in Northeast Washington, D.C. police said.
Police called to the scene, in the 600 block of Edgewood Street, found the man unconscious and bleeding profusely about 3:40 p.m., said Officer Paul Metcalf, a spokesman. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
Commander Andy Solberg said there had been an argument among two men and a woman at an apartment complex on Edgewood Street.
Police were searching for those involved in the argument.
