The threat of icy roads has caused some D.C.-region schools, offices and organizations to delay openings on Monday.
Federal offices in the region are opening at 11 a.m. Monday, according to the Office of Personnel Management said Sunday.
Alexandria City and Prince William County schools will open two hours late Monday morning.
