Some DeMatha recruiting tidbits:
Linebacker Jason Dillon, a rising senior, recently committed to division I-AA Bryant.
Offensive tackle Dan Collura, a rising senior whose two older brothers earned college scholarships as tight ends, received his first scholarship offer, from Buffalo. The Stags’ other tackle, Connor Bozick has an offer from Delaware.
One other player who looked strong during offseason conditioning drills was Darian Cooper. A second-team All-Met last season, Cooper won’t be suiting up for DeMatha this fall; he’ll be on scholarship at the University of Iowa.
