Stefon Diggs has yet to decide where to take any of his five college-paid official campus visits, but the Good Counsel senior standout said he does plan to narrow his list of choices to seven on his 18th birthday Nov. 29.
Diggs said he plans to take all of the five official visits the NCAA permits recruits to take before making his college choice.
He is playing in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Jan. 7 in San Antonio and hopes to take several visits in December before deciding by the beginning of the National Letter-of-Intent signing period on Feb. 1.
The All-Met wide receiver and defensive back, who started Saturday’s 42-0 victory over Gonzaga with a 70-yard touchdown run, has more than three dozen scholarship offers and is being courted by many of the nation’s top college programs.
After the Falcons won their third consecutive Washington Catholic Athletic Conference title, Diggs was coy as usual when asked about his plans.
“I’ve got goals for next year,” he said. “See you guys in Texas, I guess.”
