Top-ranked Paul VI Catholic will be without its leading scorer, junior swingman Stanford Robinson, when it faces Coolidge in the Abe Pollin City Title Game on Tuesday. Robinson was suspended for the game after violating school rules, according to a source familiar with the situation.
Attempts to reach Paul VI Coach Glenn Farello regarding Robinson’s status were not immediately successful Monday night.
Robinson averages 13.5 points for the Panthers (34-3), who won their first Washington Catholic Athletic Conference title last month.
