How to see your plays here

With football season here, The Washington Post is relaunching its weekly online feature of the area’s top plays, “Top Plays of the Week.” The show, which will air on Mondays at and — The Washington Post’s high school sports site — will feature the best touchdowns, bizarre happenings, craziest plays and more from the local high school football fields in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Hosted by B.J. Koubaroulis, a long-time sports personality and CEO of Synthesis Multimedia Productions, “Top Plays of the Week” welcomes submissions from high school football coaches, high school football players, their parents and fans across the DMV. Be sure to submit your highlights:


Think you have a play or viral video worthy of making it into our top plays? Simply tweet the YouTube, Vimeo or Hudl link to @bjkoub with the hashtag #allmets. You can also email the YouTube, Vimeo or Hudl link to or, you can upload the video file here (file must be less than 2GB). Make sure to send this information to your team parents, players, team videographers and others who can help distribute your video.

Please submit your video by 10 a.m. Sunday of each week to have it considered for Monday’s show.
