Eleanor Roosevelt G Andre Fox assumes starring role

Last season, Eleanor Roosevelt guard Andre Fox was a good player on a great team, a crucial boost of energy off the bench for the Maryland 4A state champions, but a guy who saw limited minutes and could afford an off night here or there.
