Recruits headed to Louisville, Maryland, Miami, Seton Hall, Villanova and Virginia are expected to take part in the 41st annual Capital Classic on April 26 at T.C. Williams in Alexandria.

Known as the nation’s longest running high school all-star basketball game and having featured the likes of Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Magic Johnson and Chris Paul, this year’s Capital Classic will feature three different games.

The first will pit the Metro North All-Stars against the Metro South All-Stars at 3 p.m., followed by the Metro East All-Stars versus the Metro West All-Stars at 5 p.m. The final contest will feature the Capital All-Stars against the U.S. All-Stars at 7:30 p.m. Among the Capital All-Stars, eight of the players earned a spot on one of the four recently released All-Met boys’ basketball teams.
