New IMF chief Christine Lagarde underwent what’s become a rite of passage for D.C. power women — posing for a Vogue photo shoot at her office Wednesday. An IMF spokesman told us the magazine launched on the story before the French finance chief was tapped to take over from Dominique Strauss-Kahn and is set to be published this fall. “We’re proud that she’s being recognized with the likes of Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama,” he said.
