Congratulations: Your Dad/Mom just got elected to Congress! Benefits include free rides on the little trains that run below the Capitol and occasional appearances in campaign fliers. On the flip side: You have to wear a suit to the swearing-in ceremony, and it can be really long and boring — better bring something to entertain you, as did this enterprising kid caught by C-SPAN’s cameras Thursday.
