Dick Cheney is writing another book — but this one, unlike last year’s “In My Time,” probably won’t tick anyone off. The former VP is collaborating with daughter Liz and cardiologist Jonathan Reiner on a “non-political” memoir about his battle with heart disease, reports the Associated Press. Cheney, 71, had his first heart attack in 1978, then four more before a transplant earlier this year. “I’m alive today because of the tremendous advances that have been made,” Cheney told AP. The book, brokered by D.C. lawyer Bob Barnett, is scheduled for publication next fall; some proceeds will go to charity.
