(Yuri Gripas/Reuters) • Arne Duncan hitting the court again Thursday afternoon — this time joining a team at the Barry Farm Dwellings in Southeast during a Goodman Basketball League game. (Like Georgetown’s Kenner League, where the secretary of education played the previous weekend, the Goodman league pairs VIP hoopsters with local talent.) Duncan turned out Thursday in a spectacular pair of yellow kicks.
