• Christian Siriano digging into a couple plates of dumplings at Ping Pong Dim Sum in Dupont Circle Saturday night. The “Project Runway” winner/Maryland native sat in a window seat with a male friend for about an hour. Green-and-yellow gingham shirt, usual asymmetrical ’do. Seemed to be a personal visit to town; the designer was all business the following night, tweeting about his Emmys red carpet dresses for Christina Hendricks and Anna Chlumsky.
