• Joe Biden hitting the links at Rehoboth’s Peninsula golf club Friday afternoon. The VP — who escaped to the beach with his wife Jill for a couple days after July 4 — donned blue and yellow shorts and shirt (the University of Delaware colors, fwiw) for his round of golf with an unidentified pal.

• Chris Christie lunching at Sixth Engine near Union Station Monday after the N.J. guv gave a speech at Brookings Institution.
