Pelmeni, pirozhki, blinis, caviar at the table. Haven’t seen the actor around town much during his Shakespeare Theatre run of “Hughie”? Well, you know the theater life: Monday is his only night off. The “West Wing” star and Strauss know each other through politics, naturally; we may yet see him celebvocating for D.C. voting rights.
