(Larry Downing/Reuters) • Tim Geithner at the Barns of Wolf Trap Thursday night for the Steve Forbert and Karla Bonoff concert. The Treasury secretary sat in the back with two women; busied himself with his BlackBerry between sets — but probably everyone else was too.

• Rahm Emanuel dining downtown at Bibiana Thursday night with two colleagues. What brought the Chicago mayor back to town? You know, just meetings, his reps told reporters. Also stopped by his old workplace, the White House, on Friday morning.
