• Chris Santos chowing down like nobody’s business at Chubby’s Barbeque in Emmitsburg, Md. Saturday afternoon. The NYC chef/restaurateur was recognized by staff from his TV gig as a judge on “Chopped” as soon as he walked into the homey spot on Rt. 15 — but it’s what happened next that seared him into memory. Santos ordered the pulled pork sandwich, beef brisket, ribs and a fried bologna sandwich — enough food, Santos tweeted, that the server had to put some plates on another table — and then ordered another fried bologna to go. The friend traveling with him (who apparently ordered separately) tweeted a photo of some of the carnage. Unclear what brought them through town, but they’re definitely welcome back: Santos left their waitress a $100 tip.
