The Greenbelt-bred NBA free agent seemed happy to be out on the town after several months of home detention for that concealed-weapons-on-the-Beltway incident. (“It’s nice to be involved in something positive!” he told an organizer.) Posed for pics with the Ravens’ Ray Rice and had a long amiable chat with LeBron James’s manager Maverick Carter.
