• Harry Connick Jr. waiting at Fusion Day Spa near Farragut North as his daughters got pedicures Tuesday. T-shirt, baseball cap, an iPhone he kept noodling with. The singer was in town to be honored Tuesday night for his New Orleans rebuilding efforts at the annual Jefferson Awards for Public Service.
• Ice-T and Coco having a late dinner Tuesday night at Bistro Bis on Capitol Hill. The rapper/actor (still in town promoting his new documentary) looked like any old tourist in polo shirt and black slacks, while his wife/reality co-star was full-on blinged-out, L.A.-style, or so gawking witnesses claim. (Yes, we know we had another sighting of them online yesterday, but it got cut from the print edition for lack of space, so bear with, we’re giving them another chance.)
