• Lou Diamond Phillips — yes, him, still in town! — working the room in the President’s Club box seats at the Nationals-Dodgers game Wednesday. Participated in the regular salute to wounded vets attending the game and posed for photos with a bunch of them. The actor debuted his new movie, “Filly Brown,” at the opening of the AFI Latin American Film Festival in Silver Spring on Thursday night.
