• Former British Foreign Secretary David Miliband dining at New Heights in Woodley Park with Strobe Talbott Tuesday night. The MP was on these shores for... oh, huh, a conference on China sponsored by our company. Hmph, why didn’t he stop by to say hi?

• Newt and Callista Gingrich lunching at downtown’s DC Coast Wednesday afternoon, with another, less recognizable man.
