She was the one who looked exactly like a princess — golden gown, security detail, an entourage of diplomats — who lingered on the hotel’s festive rooftop until midnight. The Argentine-born wife of the heir to the Dutch throne is a former investment banker who has made microfinance in developing countries her issue, was in town for the IMF and World Bank annual spring meetings.
