• Roger Clemens tossing bags of ice into the trunk of an SUV outside the downtown Safeway Wednesday evening. Still has one rocket of an arm. T-shirt, shorts, flipflops, visor. Maybe he had a good premonition that his case was about to end (for now) in mistrial. A fan shouted to him, “Good luck, Roger!” and he responded, “Thanks, buddy.”
