• Alec Baldwin having a rather animated cellphone conversation on 9th Street downtown Wednesday early afternoon. Navy-blue suit, tie. Seemed a little agitated, even, pacing around his hired car and turning a lot of heads. The star (who was lunching at Oya on his way out of town after an arts lobbying visit) can’t help but draw attention: At Bistro Bis Tuesday night, a slew of Hill types hovered around his booth to say hello as he dined with Rep. George Miller.
