The Treasury Secretary (gray suit, red tie) dined with a group of friends and appeared to be in good spirits despite the grim financial news. Owner Nora Pouillon stopped by the table to say hello.

• Ray J at Eden on Monday night. The R&B singer, best known as Kim Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend and sex-tape co-star, spent the evening working the dance floor and hooting it up with some GWU basketball players, who were also in attendance. He’s in town to promote his new record, “Raydiation 2”.
