The veep’s daughter and her fiancé Howard Krein are opting for nuptials in her home state of Delaware instead of the Naval Observatory, Jill Biden told Yahoo Monday. Still no word on a wedding date.

• Lindsay Lohan checked in and out of jail Monday — spending only five hours of a 30-day sentence behind bars because of overcrowding in the Los Angeles lockdown, reports the AP.
