Cate Edwards left the courtroom in tears Wednesday as a former aide to John Edwards testified about a public fight between her father and late mother, reports AP. Christina Reynolds went into details about the October 2007 argument — the day news broke about his affair with Rielle Hunter—where Elizabeth Edwards confronted her husband at Raleigh-Durham’s airport, collapsed in the parking lot, and pulled off her shirt and bra and yelled, “You don’t see me any more!” Reynolds testified that the presidential candidate didn’t show much emotion, but called his wife’s doctor to ask for help. Cate Edwards returned to the courtroom after a recess.
