●• Cuba Gooding Jr. has been summoned to appear in New Orleans court following an altercation in a bar. Same old story: Fed up with being photographed by patrons, the actor (in the Big Easy shooting “The Butler”) allegedly shoved a female bartender early Tuesday morning, reports AP. New Orleans police issued a warrant for his arrest, but dropped it after he met with officials Wednesday.
