• More shifts in the East Wing: Friday was the last day at the White House for Deputy Social Secretary Ebs Burnough. The political consultant came to work for Desiree Rogers in 2009 and was a popular figure on D.C.’s social scene; after two years, he’s headed for New York and a job in the private sector.
