(Frazer Harrison/Getty Images) • E! host Giuliana Rancic will have a double mastectomy, she announced on “Today.” Diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year, the Bethesda native said Monday she’s opting for more aggressive treatment after a lumpectomy fell short of curing her completely.
