• The artist formerly known as Jermaine Jackson is distancing himself ever so slightly from his famous family — by changing his last name to “Jacksun.” Why? “Artistic reasons,” Michael’s older brother stated in a name-change petition filed in L.A. Tuesday. Spokesman Steve Dennis shed more light: “You cannot blame this one on the boogie,” he told the AP, “you’ve got to blame it on the sunshine.” Ha! Get it? “Phonetically,” he added, “it changes nothing.”
