Melissa Harris-Perry (Heidi Gutman/MSNBC) • The new Louisiana home of MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry was destroyed by Hurricane Isaac. Photos tweeted by the commentator and her husband Wednesday show little but a facade standing. No one was hurt in the collapse — the family bought the blighted New Orleans property a month ago with plans to renovate it. The “house was vacant,” Harris-Perry wrote, “except for my dreams.”
