A paternity suit naming Justin Bieber has been withdrawn — but not because the 17-year-old pop star isn’t the dad, claims a lawyer for Mariah Yeater. “In light of death threats directed toward my client, strategies have been reviewed,” Jeffery Leving told the New York Daily News Wednesday. Yeater claimed her infant son is the result of a backstage encounter with Bieber, but has now dropped the case and is trying to reach an out-of-court settlement. Bieber has denied all the allegations and threatened to sue Yeater if a DNA test established he was not the baby’s father.
