Love, etc.: A grandchild for John Kerry

Born: A son, Alexander, to Vanessa Kerry and Brian Nahed, on Easter Sunday — which means that Sen. John Kerry is now a grandfather for the first time. (He’s already a step-grandfather, thanks to his wife Teresa Heinz Kerry.) The newborn weighed in at seven pounds, 11 ounces at Boston’s Massachusetts General Hospital, where both parents work as doctors, reports the Boston Globe.
