She’s the Bethesda native and Maryland grad, 37, who found fame as an E! News anchor; he was the first winner of Donald Trump’s “Apprentice,” now 41. Since marrying in 2007, their series “Giuliana and Bill” has chronicled their struggles with infertility and her breast cancer. First child. Name: Edward Duke Rancic.
