Engaged:
Ashley Biden and Dr. Howard Krein, the vice president’s office announced. She’s the social-worker youngest child of Joe and Jill Biden; he’s a Philadelphia-based otolaryngologist and plastic surgeon she’s been dating just over a year. The two got engaged in September but the news (first noted by People) didn’t leak out until the veep made several proud references to his “future son-in-law” at an event in Wilmington Friday night. No word yet on a date or whether we might see a Naval Observatory wedding.
