Disengaging:“Melrose Place” alumni Heather Locklear, 50, and Jack Wagner, 52, who have put the kibosh on wedding plans a mere three months after he popped the question, reports People. Their characters on the ’90s prime-time soap got married to each other, and four years ago they started dating in real life — but alas, that’s as far as it goes, apparently.
