Engaged: Julianna Smoot, 43, and Lon Johnson, 39. She’s the former White House social secretary who just moved to Chicago to oversee Obama’s 2012 fundraising; her longtime boyfriend is a businessman. The question was popped during a beach vacation in the Bahamas last month. It will be the first marriage for both. No date set, but the couple will likely tie the knot soon rather than waiting until after the election next year.
