Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, the reality-show couple most famous for having 19 children, are pregnant with their 20th, they announced Tuesday on “Today.” Due in April. Er, congratulations? “There’s always room for one more,” said Michelle. He’s 46, she’s 45.
