Here’s a first look at Michelle Obama’s dress for tonight’s state dinner. It’s a design by the New York-based fashion label Marchesa, whose co-founder is Georgina Chapman, the British-born wife of Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein and a guest at tonight’s dinner. Her jewelry is by Tom Binns, a Belfast-born designer who is headquartered in New York. Samantha Cameron is wearing a dress by British designer Alessandra Rich.
