Sen. Harry Reid in a farewell tribute to retiring Sen. Ben Nelson and his remarkable crowning glory — a mane so enduring that some voters, Reid said, “believe he has a toupee.” In his speech on the Senate floor, the majority leader digressed further on his hair envy: “My wife has said on many occasions how handsome Pat Leahy is and she’s so glad he doesn’t do a comb-over.”
