“Yes, I bought this suit from Harriet. You don’t think I would dare come here in something I bought anywhere else, do you?”

Nina Totenberg delivering the eulogy Tuesday at the Washington funeral of Harriet Kassman, owner of the eponymous ladies clothing boutique that dressed so many of D.C.’s powerbrokers — including Totenberg, the NPR correspondent — for more than 30 years. Kassman died Friday at age 90.
