Will Charlie Sheen be winning Tuesday night in his Constitution Hall performance? (We guess that’s what you call it, anyway.) It could depend on how things go for him in a pair of courtrooms today. Lisa de Moraes warns that Sheen’s buzz could be harshed if a judge rules that his $100 million lawsuit against the “Two and a Half Men”studio and creator should be arbitrated privately; the star wants to take it to a jury. Sheen was also in an L.A. court Tuesday morning seeking custody of his twin sons; no word on the outcome there, but TMZ reports that he seemed to get out of there in time to make a cross-country flight to D.C.
