Why is it taking so long for Chelsea Lee to become a star, Buzz McClain wonders. Heck, she’s already 20. But the McLean singing sensation, signed to an Atlantic Records deal two years ago, is hard to quantify: Is she the new Patty Griffin? Or the next Colbie Caillat? Also: Stars need a hit song, and she’s still looking for one.
