Read this: Naughty Taylor Momsen; unfunny but influential Pee Wee Herman; Billy Ray Cyrus

Naughty, naughty Taylor Momsen — 17-year-old star of “Gossip Girl,” now slumming as frontwoman of the Pretty Reckless — beckoned girl fans onto the stage to dance in their bras. She wails like Janis, slithers like Axl, and drops the f-word like she thinks she invented it, but “the whole ordeal felt as scripted as any Disney concert,” writes critic David Malitz.

Pee Wee Herman is back with a new HBO special, 20 years after a visit to a porno theater (now there’s a nostalgia trip) derailed his career. Hank Stuever regrets that he’s not very funny anymore — but credits him with launching the retro-kitsch aesthetic that still dominates hipster-media culture to this day... Oh, and you’ll be glad to know Billy Ray Cyrus is putting the divorce on ice and getting back together with the wife.
