Another interesting story in The Washington Post:

Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. in Chicago last year. (Charles Rex Arbogast/AP)
It’s been an erratic couple of months for Jesse Jackson Jr., and now in a story by Manuel Roig-Franzia, we get some details on his “mercurial” behavior in recent years: Naked martial-arts demonstrations in the steam room, boasting of a past life as a Greek chariot driver, and some rather vivid ethnic references, according to pals back in Chicago. We also learn that his team meant to announce his mysterious leave of absence for depression/exhaustion/etc much sooner than they did — but when an associate got arrested, and they feared they two events would look connected. (Earlier: Does mystery about Jesse Jackson Jr.’s health make it worse?, 7/11/12)
