Is it actually against the law to take someone’s picture in a private setting without their consent? Yes, arguably. But is it illegal to publish those photos? That’s trickier, reports Paul Farhi, examining the thicket of Euro laws involved in the royal family’s court battle over the topless Kate pics. Update: The British royals won an injunction in French court this morning, reports AP.
